Return/Exchange Policy

Toscatti products purchased from a retailer must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer, observing their return/exchange policy. Toscatti can only process returns/exchanges on items purchased directly through our online store and a copy of your shipping invoice is required.

Toscatti products purchased from can be returned within 30 days of the date it was delivered for an exchange or a refund credit for the price of the item(s), and must include a copy of the original receipt, and a completed Return Form. Returns will only be processed for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

For exchanges, please note that return shipping charges as well as the shipping cost of the new item(s) are the purchaser’s responsibility. Shipping charges on returned/exchanged items are non-refundable, unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to an error by Toscatti (e.g. wrong item/model). All credits will be refunded to the original form of payment.

If your Toscatti product is damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately by email at Customer Service or call us at (305)-433-7453. Take photos if possible.

Important information for returns:

  • Download and fill out the Return Form for all item(s) you would like to return/exchange.

  • Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for refund credits to appear on your credit card statement.

  • Packages sent COD will not be accepted.
